願書等は募集説明会においてお渡しします。（出願には募集説明会への参加が必須ですのでご留意ください。） Application forms and other documents will be distributed at the orientation session. (Orientation session is mandatory to receive application forms and other documents, it will not be provided if you do not attend it.)
